Process Flow

The high-speed automatic production line, coming with one ear-belt welding machine, is the latest design by Shenzhen Shengxin Automation Co., Ltd. for making disposable flat ear-loop masks. It integrates the whole production process from the rolled raw material to the finished masks, consisted of the automatic transmission of raw materials, cutting of nose wire, mask edge welding, folding, ultrasonic fusion, forming, sheet cutting, transmission, ear belt welding and automatic delivery of finished products.

Automatic unwinding→ Automatic folding→ Automatic nose wire insertion→ Ultrasonic fusion of the edge of the sheet → Cut-off of the sheet → Semi-finished product delivery → semi-finished product transmission → ear belt welding → finished product mask output → counting delivery (can be set at will).
